It’s ideal for onboarding or relocation phases, rotations, interim projects, and weekly commuting, with flexible dates and straightforward extensions subject to availability. For this pattern, Schorenhaus in Dornbirn and Walgauhaus in the Bludenz–Nüziders area are often the best fit.

Long Stay (several months or more)

Pick Long Stay when you want the best monthly value and a stable home base for extended projects, secondments, study or training programs, or full relocations. You’ll benefit from clearer terms, a smoother renewal path (subject to availability), and more guidance at move-in. Markthaus, Dorohaus, and Luduhaus typically suit these longer horizons.

From enquiry to move-in

Tell us your dates, preferred location (Markthaus, Dorohaus, Schorenhaus, Luduhaus, or Walgauhaus), and any add-ons like parking; we’ll respond with suitable units and terms. Once you confirm, we reserve the apartment, take the refundable deposit, and send a secure digital contract; on arrival you choose self check-in or a scheduled handover and receive Wi-Fi and house details. During your stay we can coordinate extensions, apartment switches, or additional services, and at move-out we process the deposit refund as agreed.

Short Stays emphasise speed—digital pre-arrival, self check-in, and instant Wi-Fi—while Long Stays add optional viewings, a scheduled handover, and a deeper welcome with local tips for Dornbirn and the Bludenz region.

Deposit and payments

Selected houses offer underground parking on request and secure bike storage across properties; the Dornbirn locations sit close to rail and city links, while the Bludenz-area houses provide quick access to regional routes. Let us know if you require EV charging or specific cycling facilities.
